TRANSFORMING LIVES BY ENDING POVERTY

At the heart of our mission is a deep dedication to measuring and evaluating our impact on the lives of women. Through careful analysis of both internal and independent data sources, we’ve found that our SBS program, as implemented by our partners, significantly enhances key economic empowerment metrics. Our program is proven to help women rise from poverty.

PARTNERSHIP IS OUR PATHWAY TO SCALE

SBS employs a train-the-trainer model, certifying partner organizations to localize and teach the SBS curriculum in communities worldwide. Through our partners, tens of thousands of people are reached annually, creating a ripple effect of change that positively impacts communities around the globe.

MEET FABIOLA:
CARING FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY

After Fabiola attended SBS training through Food for His Children, she gained the business management skills needed to open a small stall selling groceries. Soon, she found she was earning more than was required for her family’s daily needs. She decided to open her home and now shares meals each day with women and children in need, proving that empowered women often positively impact the entire community.

OUR PARTNERS’ MISSIONS ARE OUR MISSION.

Our partners represent a variety of missions, yet all share an understanding that poverty is exacerbating the issue they are seeking to resolve. SBS partners currently work to address 16 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
